Click here to read Board Games for Kids (Beyond Candyland) That You Love on Hands On As We Grow®
What are your favorite, most beloved, unchangingly out, ones you come when to, games you play as a family?
And I midpoint workbench games, or vellum games… not activities like we love so much here. We’re on a little kick of workbench games lately in our house and unchangingly love to unravel out of the mold for a bit.
Of course, Candyland is a favorite here. But I’m over it. So… so over it… I beg that someone draws the chocolate swirl thing (what is that anyway? A cinnamon roll?). Okay, maybe I don’t beg, but sometimes it just gets old. And honestly, my kids are outgrowing it (except for Louis… I’ll have flipside turn at this with him in a few months I’m sure)!
I don’t like taking a endangerment on games that squint like they might be fun. I wanted to know for sure. So, I went to the weightier source I know. I asked hands on : as we grow readers, parents that are lanugo in the trenches, just like me.
I asked readers on the somewhat new Facebook group for hands on : as we grow called, The Huddle (come join us!).
This is their list of favorite, most beloved, workbench games for kids (and mostly for the younger crowd). I love the list, some we have and play, some I remember from my own diaper and glad to be reminded of, and some are completely new to me that I’m checking out!
