How Do You Uncork to Teach Reading & Literacy?
The very first step to help a toddler learn literacy is to recognize letters. But, I can plane unravel learning reports lanugo into three categories and you’ll see these in our beginner activities.
- Simply introduce reports to the child. Maybe telling them what one is here and there. But that’s it. Just having the reports misogynist is the first step.
- Match letters. Maybe they don’t know what the letter is yet, but they can see that they’re variegated and match up one letter to the same one in flipside place.
- Recognize the letters. I think this is the wide step for recognizing reports and it comes in stages. I’ve noticed that my kids usually find a few reports that they recognize right off the bat, but the others come withal later, sometimes much later.
Introducing & Matching Reports with Toddlers
For the beginning stages of learning letters, start be focusing entirely on categories 1 and 2 whilom in activities when first beginning.
Category 3 will come in time and we’ll get to that later when your child becomes increasingly confident.

How can I help my child learn letters?
When George was a toddler, we were making sure reports were misogynist to him and we used them in many of our activities, whether we’re really learning them or not.
The reports are there.
He often asked what the reports are. This is the time to share with him and teach him.
Otherwise, don’t try to push the alphabet. It’s just time to show that there are reports and that each letter is different.
We did this in several of our learning activities.
